step 1: After a thin layer of essie base coat, apply two coats of maki me happy.

step 2:Using a striping brush, apply thin stripes of go go geisha and udon know me vertically down the nail.

step 3: Use the striping brush to create 1-2 small triangle tassels hanging on each of the lines.

step 4: Seal with essie top coat.
